Yes, MitoQ is safe. Our products are made in New Zealand under strict international standards and undergo rigorous testing. MitoQ is manufactured in FDA-registered facilities, follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and is independently tested for purity and quality.

MitoQ® Mitoquinol is the world-first mitochondria-targeted antioxidant created in New Zealand. It is a patented, mitochondria-targeted form of CoQ10 designed for superior bioavailability and mitochondrial absorption, and has been the subject of extensive scientific research since 1995.
MitoQ Pure contains mainly MitoQ® Mitoquinol. The MitoQ Plus range has additional high-quality, research-backed ingredients such as MitoPrime® Ergothioneine, Longvida® Curcumin, and GlycOmega™ New Zealand Green-Lipped Mussel Oil, each selected for quality and safety to target more specific functional needs.

We recommend taking MitoQ products in the morning at least 30 minutes before food or 2 hours after. MitoQ is water-soluble and does not require food or oils for absorption. MitoQ may be taken with light drinks such as coffee or tea.
For general cellular health, supporting energy, vitality, and metabolic function, we recommend adults to start with 10 mg (2 capsules) daily, then increase to 20 mg (4 capsules) if desired.
