Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, re‑delivery fees may apply.
5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS (COMPLIANT WITH RA 7394)
We value customer safety and comply with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) guidelines.
We allow returns, refunds, or replacements if:
